Anon-a-mouse video to the British Government

Whilst I initially found this video exciting, the idea of anonymous addressing the “British Government”, it seems more like a parody of something Charlie Booker came up with in Black Mirror, it’s sheer arrogance is dumb. If you were a real group, you’d show your face, are you a person or a mouse?

This is an address by a group/person/child in sixth form, by virtue of their name, Anonymous, who has no clear public representation. You claim to represent the British public, but I don’t remember having a party ballot drop into my email. Thus making you nothing better than a vigilante with some video software and a robot lady voice.

As a member of Anonymous, how do I vote for what I believe is right or wrong? For all we care about it could be Hitler back for WWIII or a just a bored sixth form student (I know it’s not, it’s from that great film, V for Vendetta).

For all we care about it could be Hitler back for WWIII or just a bored sixth form student

So, whilst I like the idea of pressure groups, Anonymous, you have no clear representation or leader. I’d love to join in with something new, and if you want my support, show you’re faces and don’t be anonymous, don’t be just a kid who can write a nice script that’s read out by a robot lady. Show how I can get involved and don’t just cast around idle threats. Great Britain has seen enough vigilante terrorists on it’s soil. We’re better than that, including you.

Kudos for making a video that’ll go viral, but are you a person or a mouse? Show your face, show you listen and act.
